The Brief

This powerhouse Aston Martin DBX 707 arrived direct from the showroom. The owner wanted showroom gloss locked in for years—no stone chips, no swirl marks—and an interior shielded against dye transfer from dark denim and everyday spills.

Studio Preparation

A snow-foam soak, safe two-bucket wash, and iron fallout treatment purged delivery grime. We clay-barred every panel, then ran a single-stage polish to refine the Midnight Blue metallic before giving the paint and trim a final IPA wipe-down in our 22 °C dust-controlled bay.

Protection Applied

• Full-body XPEL Ultimate Plus™ gloss PPF on every painted panel, gloss black trim, headlamps, B pillars and piano-black interior door sills.
• Wheels and brake calipers removed, cleaned, then coated for brake-dust release.
• Leather seats, steering wheel and centre armrest treated with a professional leather guard to block stains and jean dye.
• Carpets and mats sealed with a hydrophobic fabric protector for easy clean-ups.

All film patterns were machine-cut in-house and wrapped wherever possible—no blades touched the paint.

Results

The DBX now wears an invisible 8-mil suit of armour that self-heals under heat. Water and grime sheet straight off, and the interior shrugs off blue-jean rub and coffee drips. The owner left with a maintenance kit and simple wash guide.
